Hope is an intense performer that has the natural ability to effortlessly mold herself into various styles of dance. She has professionally danced with the Terrance M Johnson Dance Project of Dallas, Texas. She has performed the choreographic works of talented artists such as Darrell Cleveland, Michelle M. Gibson, Keith Clark, Kareem B. Goodwin, Camillya Holeman, Terrance Johnson, and more.

Although she enjoys performing, her true passion is teaching youth to positively express themselves through the art of dance. Hope received her BFA in Dance and Education from the Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas in 2015 and later received her MA in Dance with an emphasis in Education in 2020. She received her earlier training in the Dallas Fort Worth Area at Mary Lois School of Dance, Stacia’s Dance Studio, Ultimate Dance Studio, Essence Dance Academy and The Dallas Black Dance Academy. She currently is the director of dance at Wilmer - Hutchins High School's Collegiate Fine Arts Academy where she is the head of the Fine Arts Department. She has also worked with the Essence Dance Academy, Big Thought, The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL), TWU's Community Dance Center and more.

As the performance and competitive director of Essence Dance Academy, Hope is a 3 time winner of the Excellence in Artistry Award and Judges Choices Award at Earthshakers Dance Competition. She has been acknowledged for her dynamic choreography at competitions like Star Systems and Showstoppers.  She has one over a dozen 1st place awards for choreography, taking home 2nd and 3rd place also when she competes choreography in the same category.

Hope has a very clear vision for performance and competitive choreography but she is also skilled when it comes to field routines. As the director of the Blue Belles Dance Team she has expanded her choreographic skills and movement vocabulary making her a well versed choreographer. Her favorite genres to choreograph are contemporary, hip hop, jazz, and majorette but she is capable of so much more.
