Charque Chenard

Charque Chenard, a Dallas native, graduated from Texas Woman's University with a BA in Dance Education in 2015. For the past 6 years she has been a dance educator and director within the Dallas Independent School District. During her career she has exposed students to various dancing techniques and the history of dance. Charque has used her platform to shape the lives of children through movement, expression, and mentorship. After years of workin in the public school system Charque then returned to Texas Woman's University to further her education and recieved her MA in DAnce with an emphases in Education where she chose to research student professionalism and what that looks like in the middle school dance classroom.
